SUP (Stand up paddle)

Stand up paddle surfing and stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is an offshoot of surfing that originated in Hawaii. Unlike traditional surfing where the rider sits until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water.

Variations include flat water paddling for outdoor recreation, fitness, or sightseeing, racing on lakes, large rivers and canals, surfing on ocean waves, paddling in river rapids (whitewater SUP), Paddle board yoga and even fishing


Sup is a very fun way to explore the beautiful island coast and exercise. On the paddle board you have to find balance and use all your mussels to stay up the result is a very strong functional training & a low or hight cardio exercise.

There is a mental exercise as well because you have to leave your fear, connect your body- mind and control your movements, according to the Ancient Greek philosophers this helps you for a perfect outside and inside version of you.

A lesson last 90 min and include:

  • Stretching out of water
  • Basic water safety rules
  • How to get up &  balance
  • Basic rowing techniques
  • Small fun tour


A guided sup tour at our base the beautiful town beach Krioneri & the towns harbour to see interesting archaeological constructions & natural beauty places.

A natural beauty tour can take place at any beach of your choice like Xigia natural spa beach or the famous Shipwreck beach.

A tour last 2 hrs.
