5 Days Pilates Teacher Training Retreat in Zakynthos, Greece

Zante Fitness Retreats gives you a unique opportunity to become a certified Pilates teacher. Come and follow the EYT Pilates training program under the Mediteranean sun for a week. The program include deep all level training and special cases at Pilates method. Mat – without equipment and Props – with accessories like mini ball, ball, magic circle, foam roller, elastic band, small weights. The teacher training program is the most complete and easy to learn program that exist in Piltes industry. Our teachers will support you during and after the retreat for as long as you need, you will get your certificate on the 4th day and you will have always access to our EYT program online to continue learning and improving your skills. -Live-streamed or in-person and recorded long-form seminars for a week. 5 intense days on with your EYT Master Teacher and EYT presenter in Greece Panagiota Ntozi & the director of the EYT Education program, Jessica Spillane, where we break down and learn to implement the Teacher Toolkit and develop our “Pilates Eye”

-Online curriculum for your continuing education with hours and hours of video & audio lessons. 400 page hard copy comprehensive manual for notetaking and studying.

-Weekly zoom workshops to dive deeper into the Method and the fundamentals needed to be a successful teacher

-Inclusion in the EYT Teachers-in-Training FB group where collaboration and networking with others is made possible

-Evaluation and feedback on two written and two practical exams, to earn your Certificate during the retreat week.

How Does This Program Work?

Using the EYT curriculum and through a series of intensive seminars and workshops, The team at Gravity Exercise studio will provide you with all the How’s What’s & When’s needed to become a successful and confident Pilates Teacher. In addition, your apprentice hours and mentorship opportunities will take place at Gravity exercise studio and under the supervision of EYT Master Teacher, Panagiota Andriani Ntozi.

Location

The training take place at Gravity exercise studio in Zakynthos town. Our base “Gravity gym” is a beach front fully equipped fitness facility. Opposite the gym there is a nice small beach with a beach bar open to all. Close to Gravity gym, there are green parks, krioneri beach, asteria beach, eot beach, tennis court, beach volley court, basket court, shops, restaurants, coffe shops & bars.

Accommodation

We suggest your accommodation to be at Palatino 4star hotel. Staying there will give you the opportunity to explore the city Palatino is close to our facility and Zakynthos center.

This is a four-star accommodation. The position is in a quiet area, only 100 meters from the seafront and tennis courts making Hotel Palatino ideal for holidays, weekend breaks, corporate accommodation, conferences, or events.

The 62 rooms, four family rooms, and two junior suites with luxurious furnishings, all have their own balcony overlooking the hills of the city or the blue of the Ionian Sea and have all the necessary facilities to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

In their conference center, consisting of three rooms, they can accommodate meetings and events for up to 300 people. It is luxurious, air-conditioned with all the media facilities you may need for the conference. The comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms, the Palatino Café and Cocktail Bar, the Trinity restaurant, all combine to make the Hotel Palatino an ideal place to stay.

All standard rooms are comfortable, classically furnished and tastefully decorated, providing a pleasant stay either for holidays or bussiness.

They feature individually controlled air-conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi internet access, 26” TV with satellite channels, safety deposit box, fully stocked mini bar, en-suite bathroom, hair dryer and bath amenities.

Standard rooms are available with a double bed or two twin-beds upon request. No extra bed can be added.

The rate includes all room facilities and breakfast buffet style. All local taxes are also included.
