These 7days you will practice Yoga and Pilates daily, you will nourish your self with 3daily meals, you will join energy healing therapies for self healing, massage and other secret treatments. Three unique excursions will offer you unforgetable cultural and wellness experiences during the retreat. A visit to our famous natural sulfur spa Xigia beach to enjoy a thalassotherapy treatment, a visit to the the wildlife park in Vassilikos to see the turtle museum and have a mud bath, a visit to the shipwerck view point and countryside for olive oil tasting. A nutrition plan will help you to detox your body and clear your mind during our retreat. The meals will be prepared at the villa as a culinary workshop of a healthy Greek diet with local ingredients, seafood and raw food. You will also receive a personal basket with superfoods and local healthy treats!

Upstairs, the three-air conditioned en-suite bedrooms with their Coco mat beds promise peaceful nights, with crisp white cotton on sun touched skin.

Offering 150m2 of living space, Uparati Luxury Villa is a fully equipped modern villa built in 2020. A private entrance leads into the living space with dining area and sofas, flatscreen TV and fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace with dining area, sun loungers and Weber barbecue. The living area leads onto a fully equipped kitchen and downstairs WC. Upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms feature Coco mat double beds, rain showers and stunning sea views, and one en-suite bedroom on the first floor.
