What to expect from this program:
Personal training every day targeting to your personal goals and your overal health. We usually do 3 EMS (electrostimulation) personal training sessions & 3 traditional weight training using free weights & machines or using our KINESIS ONE 3D movement machine.
Yoga training for all levels every day, each session has a theme inspired by the location. You will join beach yoga – for deep relaxation, yoga under the red rocks – for balancing your chakras, forest yoga – to connect with the trees, SUP yoga – to connect with the sea, ancient castle yoga – for energy exchange, aerial yoga – to overpass your limits. The yoga sessions ends with unique powerfull meditations and energy healing sessions.
Fitness training with our local clients at the gym. Drop into our classes at the gym and join an effective group training, make new friends, try new fitness trends and learn new skills.
Food specialy designed for you, to nourish your self with healthy ingrediends. Enjoy colourfull salads with superfoods or healthy plates with meat. A daily breakfast is provited at the hotel and 5 meals that you can eat for lunch or dinner will be delivered at you.
Massage by our experianced therapist to release the tension of your muscles and deblock your energy flow. You will feel a major change and a deep relaxation after this deep massage.
At the end of this program you will to feel and see a physical transformation of your body, you may loose weight (usualy 1,5-3 kg).
